How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed annually and include 12 monthly deliveries — buy 10 months, get 2 months free. Your purchase date becomes your annual renewal date.
Can I choose flavors?
Yes. Each month, you may select your dessert from the available monthly flavor options. If no selection is made by the deadline, a chef-curated assortment will be provided.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered during the 1st or 3rd week of each month, based on the option selected at checkout. Your delivery week remains the same throughout the subscription.
Is delivery included?
Delivery is optional and billed separately. Pickup is always available at no additional cost.
Can I cancel?
Annual subscriptions are non-cancelable during the 12-month term. Renewal occurs annually unless canceled before the next renewal date.
